This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Roam & Carry ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of our website (the "Site") and purchase of products ("Products") from us. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or accepting delivery of Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.
1. When you place an order on the Site, you submit a binding offer to purchase the specified Products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order in our sole discretion, including cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2. Upon order submission, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your order details. This email does not constitute order acceptance; we will send a separate "Order Accepted" email once your order is processed and ready for shipment.
3. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information (including name, delivery address, and contact phone number) when placing an order. We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

4. COD is available for all orders with no additional fees. The order amount includes the product price and standard shipping costs (if applicable).

2. Our total liability for any claim related to this Agreement or your order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant Products.
3. We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, traffic accidents, or public health emergencies.
We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
